Pitty Workout is a fitness log for workouts, meals with photos, and InBody-style body-composition records. You can sign in with a social account or email. This page is the support and account-deletion URL.
Questions
What can I log?
Workouts (exercise, sets, weight, reps), saved routines, meals with photos, and body-composition numbers. Step counts are imported only if you connect a health app.
How do trainers and members connect?
A trainer sends an invite. After the member accepts, shared records, feedback, and PT schedules stay on that connection. Nothing is shared without acceptance.
How do trainer subscriptions and refunds work?
Trainer tools are a paid subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel in that store’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds follow the store’s policy and applicable Korean law. See the Korean terms for the full clause.
Does deleting the app delete my account?
No. Delete the account in the app, or email us. Otherwise workout, meal, photo, and body-composition data remain on the service.
Delete your account and data
You can delete the Pitty Workout account and the data stored with it in either of the ways below. Removing the app from a device does not delete the account. Canceling a subscription is separate and is done in the App Store or Google Play.
In the app
- Sign in to Pitty Workout.
- Open 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제. The app interface is in Korean.
- Confirm deletion.
By email
- Email [email protected].
- Use the subject “계정 삭제 요청”.
- Include the email on the account. If you only used a social login, include that account’s email and say whether you are a member or a trainer.
- If the message comes from a different address, we may ask for more information to confirm it is you.
What is deleted
- Account details: email, social login identifier, nickname, member or trainer role
- Workout logs and saved routines
- Meal logs and meal photos
- Body-composition records
- Stored step and activity data imported from a health app
- Trainer–member connections, sharing settings, and push tokens
- Support messages tied to the account
Records you entered are removed from the other person’s view. Feedback the other person wrote may remain in their account, without the link that identifies you.
What may be kept
Payment, contract, and dispute records that Korean law requires us to keep are retained for the legal period, then destroyed. See the privacy policy for the periods.
Timing
Deletion starts when you finish it in the app, or when we confirm an email request. Data, including copies in backups, is destroyed within 30 days.
